If someone took your identity, what do you think they will buy with it??
Question by Love Your Planet: If someone took your identity, what do you think they will buy with it??
I was watching this movie on lifetime last night. It was called “identity theft” and it was a true story about a women gives this other women her ID so she can buy a house, and that women steals the ID!!! And she buys over $ 50,000 worth of stuff! So, if someone stole your ID, what will they buy with it?
They will use your name and everything.

How do I put a stop to the insane amount of spam I get every day?
Question by gypsyeyes42: How do I put a stop to the insane amount of spam I get every day?
I’ve tried contacting yahoo about this in the past, but with no luck: I get probably 400+ spam emails EVERY DAY! I’ve used all my filters & blockers & everything, but the spam just won’t stop flowing in to my inbox & my “spam” folder! If I don’t check my email almost every day, my box gets so full that I can’t receive legitimate emails any more…It’s driving me NUTS! I have friends who get 5-10 spam messages per day, but I’m the only person I know who can sometimes get up to 1000 spam messages in a 24-hour period! HELP!
A few other notes: I really don’t want to get rid of my email address, I’ve had it too long & it’s a pain to get people to change it in their address books…I have all spam-blockers & filters on…I am not one to just put my email address out there into cyberspace–I try to only use “safe” sites…I heard that if you open the spam to “unsubscribe” you may be causing more harm than good, & that it’s better to just leave it unopened & delete it…
Oh–also, I have a MAC, so I’m not sure what anti-spam software works best for MACs that I can download for free, but most of the ones that have been recommended to me are for Windows/PC only.
